RPet Suede Line: Made from 100% recycled plastic bottles, offering the softness and durability of suede without any animal cruelty.
ThaelyTex: Our in-house invention, an excellent leather replacement created exclusively from post-consumer plastic bags.
RPet Leather: Crafted entirely from recycled plastic bottles, providing the look and feel of traditional leather.
Bloom Eva Soles: Manufactured from algae, these soles offer exceptional comfort based on the principles of reflexology.
Castor Bean Oil Waste: Utilized in crafting insoles with arch support.

Shipping & Delivery Policy
Domestic Shipping (India)
- Shipping within India is free of charge.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for domestic orders and incurs a ₹100 service fee at checkout.
- For exchanges requested due to reasons not attributable to Thaely (e.g., change of size or color), a ₹100 fee will also be charged.
- Please check the size chart (including cm sizing) carefully before placing your order.
International Shipping
- International orders incur a flat shipping fee of $30 USD.
- Delivery charges exclude local taxes and customs duties. These must be paid directly by the customer to local authorities.
- Thaely will not be responsible for customs charges or the disposal/displacement of orders due to lack of coordination between customers and local customs.
- In case of disposal or returns arising from such issues, customers will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
- COD is not available for international orders.
Order Fulfillment & Delivery Timelines
- Fulfillment time: 1–4 business days.
- Shipping time: 7–15 business days, depending on the destination.
Tracking
- Customers will receive tracking details via email and WhatsApp.
- You may also visit the delivery partner’s website (provided in your shipment confirmation email) and use the tracking number to track your order.
Refunds & Replacements
- Customers are eligible for a refund or replacement only if the order is lost or damaged during shipping.
