Thaely Reflex Slides are where sustainability meets cloud-like comfort. Crafted with a plush RPET suede upper made from 100% recycled plastic bottles and insoles crafted from recycled castor bean oil waste, these slides redefine open footwear like never before.
Fasten your Thaely Reflex Slides with recycled helmet straps for an adjustable fit. The Bloom EVA sole, inspired by reflexology principles and enriched with Rise by Bloom, an algae-blended resin, adds a natural element to each step.
Each pair arrives with a reusable shopping tote crafted from recycled bottles and a recycled paper box embedded with basil seeds, dyed with coffee grounds.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
Domestic Shipping (India)
- Shipping within India is free of charge.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for domestic orders and incurs a ₹100 service fee at checkout.
- For exchanges requested due to reasons not attributable to Thaely (e.g., change of size or color), a ₹100 fee will also be charged.
- Please check the size chart (including cm sizing) carefully before placing your order.
International Shipping
- International orders incur a flat shipping fee of $30 USD.
- Delivery charges exclude local taxes and customs duties. These must be paid directly by the customer to local authorities.
- Thaely will not be responsible for customs charges or the disposal/displacement of orders due to lack of coordination between customers and local customs.
- In case of disposal or returns arising from such issues, customers will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
- COD is not available for international orders.
Order Fulfillment & Delivery Timelines
- Fulfillment time: 1–4 business days.
- Shipping time: 7–15 business days, depending on the destination.
Tracking
- Customers will receive tracking details via email and WhatsApp.
- You may also visit the delivery partner’s website (provided in your shipment confirmation email) and use the tracking number to track your order.
Refunds & Replacements
- Customers are eligible for a refund or replacement only if the order is lost or damaged during shipping.
- All Diwali Sale or promotional sale items are final sale and not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please check your size carefully before ordering.
