Support Thaely’s mission to turn discarded plastic bags and bottles into vegan, high‑quality sneakers while creating fair‑wage jobs for waste workers. Each contribution helps collect and process plastic, convert it into ThaelyTex leather‑alternative, and package products in recycled, plantable materials—diverting roughly 10 bags and 12 bottles per pair from landfills and oceans. Donations directly fund ethical manufacturing in India, worker safety and education, and R&D to scale circular materials for a cleaner planet.”
Shipping & Delivery Policy
Domestic Shipping (India):
- Shipping within India is free of charge.
International Shipping:
- Shipping costs outside India vary. Kindly enter an accurate area code to view precise delivery charges.
- Delivery charges exclude local taxes and customs duties. These must be paid directly by the customer to local authorities.
- Thaely will not be responsible for customs charges or the disposal/displacement of orders due to lack of coordination between customers and local customs.
- In case of disposal or returns arising from such issues, customers will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Order Fulfillment & Delivery Timelines:
- Fulfillment time: 1–4 business days.
- Shipping time: 7–15 business days, depending on the destination.
Tracking:
- Customers will receive tracking details via email and WhatsApp.
- Alternatively, you may visit the delivery partner’s website (provided in your shipment confirmation email) and use the tracking number to track your order.
Refunds & Replacements:
- Customers are eligible for a refund or replacement only in cases where the order is lost or damaged during shipping.

Address Errors:
- While Thaely will attempt to assist in case of errors in shipping addresses, the company will not be responsible for any losses incurred due to incorrect or incomplete information.
- Customers are encouraged to double-check all order details before placing their order.
Cash on Delivery (COD):
- COD orders incur a ₹100 fee at checkout.
- For exchanges requested due to reasons not attributable to Thaely (e.g., change of size or color), a ₹100 fee will also be charged.
- We encourage customers to carefully check the size chart (including cm sizing) before placing their order.
